According to Zimmern, there will be two types of people at a Yonsei concert: those who will be glued to the TV … and others who will enjoy the audio while making their way to the food table.
Zimmern says it’s important to appease both groups… explaining that there should be bite-sized snacks for one and heartier meals for the other.
Zimmern offers a buffet of sorts to check all the boxes; some drinks (both basic and fancy), chili and/or soup…and a meat carving station where people can make sandwiches.
That said, Zimmern, who told us he’s seen Beyoncé live multiple times, says that even with that spread … he imagines most people will stop chewing as the “Halo” singer. doing his thing at NRG Stadium Ravens vs. Texans at halftime.
“He’s such an incredible, dynamic performer,” said the 63-year-old.
However, the game is still a day away … still plenty of time to get to the grocery store.
