A suburban Albuquerque home made famous on the show “Breaking Bad” is now on the market … and the owners want serious money for Walter White for the property.
The 1,900-square-foot, four-bedroom, one-bathroom home with central air and a pool has a Zillow price of about $343,000, but given how popular the property is thanks to the AMC lineup, the current owners are looking at a cool $4 million.
Listing Agent David Christensen TMZ tells … a family who has lived in a New Mexico home since 1973 got a knock on the door that changed their lives forever in 2006. The producers of a new show wanted to use their home for a pilot episode, and the rest is history.
The house, which was built in 1972, remains a huge attraction for fans of the series. the show tells the story of a high school teacher turned meth king, starring. Bryan Cranston and: Aaron Paul – and the owners estimate that about 300 cars a day pass by to browse.
The property has been closed since the series ended in 2013. This is due to fans throwing pizzas on the property to pay tribute to one iconic scene.
In a fit of rage, Walter throws a pizza that lands on the roof of a house, so punches kept trying to recreate the moment, so much so that the show’s creator had to chastise fans in 2015 by telling them to grow up respectful
