
Newly released dash cam footage from New Jersey State Police captures the moment a driver accused of killing Johnny Gaudreau and his brother struggles with a drunk driving field sobriety test before being taken into custody.
Watch the clip… Sean HigginsPuffing on a cigarette, he tells police he was “distracted” when they questioned him about the crash, claiming he had had a beer but the last one had been two hours earlier.
The cops ran several tests to see if he was drunk, and eventually, after being slapped with handcuffs, Sean is heard asking: The soldier answers. “We’ll talk about it when we get to the station.”

A recording of the 911 call reporting the incident has also been released, with the caller describing how the car hit two people on the ground.
When asked about the condition of the two, the caller says that it is dark, they cannot see.
Gaudreau and his brother, Matthew:On August 29, in the rural community of Oldmans Township, South Jersey, they were on a bicycle road when they allegedly has reaped by Higgins.
Higgins is now charged with two counts of vehicular death, reckless driving, possession of an open container and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
