Biden has promised Ukraine more weapons and nearly $8 billion in aid
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy met with President Biden at the White House on Thursday as part of an effort to urge Congress to continue strengthening Ukraine’s efforts to counter Russian aggression.
