tWitch:‘s family is angry Alison Holker to write a book about him, but his widow took steps to make sure he was the only one who could make money on her behalf.
TMZ has obtained an NDA tWitch’s family says Alison signed them up to attend her funeral and that’s essentially preventing them from doing what she’s doing … namely raising money for their relationship and her from memoirs about death.
Under the NDA, tWitch’s family and others who signed it agreed to funnel any revenue from interviews, books, articles or shows about her directly into Alison’s pocket…which is a pretty strong deterrent.
The tWitch family kidnapped Alison online to stage a media blitz to promote his new book… to push back on his claims that tWitch is a drug addict and calling him a money-hungry opportunist.

The NDA was also a source of family resentment at the funeral.
Alison’s eldest daughter, Wesley Fowleris defending the NDA … arguing its purpose was to keep people from taking pictures of her body.Wesley even said that when tWitch was alive, people attending certain family events had to sign NDAs.
That may be true, but the doc also lists Alison as the only one who stands to benefit from tWitch’s life story… and she’s made it clear publicly that 100% of the proceeds from her book sales will go to the Walk With Kindness Foundation , which was created in honor of her late husband.

TMZ obtained Alison’s “This Far. An excerpt from my story of love, loss and light where he explained the reason for the NDA.
Alison says the family of Stephen “tWitch” Boss wanted a bunch of people she didn’t know to attend the open casket portion of his funeral … but she whittled the number down to 13 and made it clear no photos or videos, that will not be allowed.
He writes … “I couldn’t risk any photo getting out in the press or being shared on social media platforms and becoming the lasting image people would have of him. My kids absolutely, positively could not happen upon such a photo at some point later.” date
“On the advice of my lawyers, I insisted that everyone who viewed the open casket sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect Stephen’s privacy, a requirement that upset his family. “No problem,” I replied.
Sources tell TMZ … Alison didn’t benefit from the NDA because no one broke the contract.
