
Ingenuity Mars helicopter, predecessor of Chopper

NASA is working on plans to send another helicopter Mars. The craft would land after screaming at speed into the planet’s atmosphere, before traveling several miles a day while carrying scientific equipment.
Several landers have safely touched the surface of Mars using parachutes and rockets to slow their descent. Some even have wheeled rovers that can explore the surface.
