Each country should take care of the world when the blame is 1.5 ºC exceeds heating limit – Allocating “Zero Zero Carbon Debt”, if it pump more than enough emissions fee, they propose climate scientists.
The goal is to provide greater responsibility for oversight, to help carbon dioxide removal of carbon dioxide or other countries reach zero faster.
