British Racing Driver Jamie Chadwick Maybe it’s not home name. All this could change in June 26-year-old British races when the driver goes to France for 24-hour legendary Le Mans.
His impressive resume – three followed by the series of series, in Indy NXT, 3 British Formulas and Extreme E – call the most “decorated” female driver
Initially, the 26-year-old Chadwick said he despairedly tried to give attention to the drivers of male, or his talent.
“My whole career, I was one of the boys,” said ABC News last month. “I laughed about women about their terrible jokes. It’s very easy not to make no noise for women …” Thanksgiving are just here “mindset”.
No longer remains silent.
Chadwick, the Rolex Testimonee brand is the Marshal Grand 24 Day Rolex Race in this year, he said he understands the importance of women in sports in sport. With Susie Wolff, Susie Wolff, the General Manager of the Academy of Academy and the former Scotland race driver.
“I wrote email in 2013 and answered the advice,” Chadwick said that he has developed a “good relationship” with Wolff.
According to Chadwick, the F1 academy effect has been “significant.” The academy began in 2023, developing and preparing for young women to go to higher levels of competition “” and “show that there is room for our sport.”
Now, young girls want Chadwick to make encouragement. “I try to give support and guidance to these future drivers, he said.
Also, Chadwick’s argued female drivers are increasingly group owners: “Everyone is trying to find the next female superstar.”
Chadwick spoke about unexpected rising Motorsports, how it prepares to prepare Logan with Sargeant and Mathys Jaubert.
The next conversation has been edited for clarity.
Q: Who was your early career model for you?
A: I hadn’t had too much paper because I didn’t start when I didn’t (female drivers). I fell into this sport by accident. The reason I participated was due to my older brother and I think it was a model. I followed everything I did. We run against each other when we were younger and when they were very competitive. It wasn’t the healthiest competition of siblings, I’m sure.
I was later aware of the importance of patterns on my career.

Jamie Chadwick, a British race car driver, will compete in June 24 hours a day of Le Mans.

Q: Are you actively trying to be a model for young girls interested in Motorsport?
A: I try to do the best I can. I have benefited from the initiatives and different doors for women in sports. I feel that I had a unique opportunity to ensure that the next generation has similar options, if it is not better. It is important for me to encourage the most young girls as much as possible, because I think that women should be more open to women and we can do much to reduce this gap in diversity.
Q: Don’t you face it, who said you couldn’t have a career in motor sports, because you are a woman?
A: I certainly think they were naysayers … comments were made, “Alas, it’s good for a girl.” When will we arrive a point that people stop saying that?
I didn’t do it all I did the same help and that’s why I want to make sure that the next generation has equal opportunities.

Jamie Chadwick won in 2022 in the UK Silverstone circuit after the victory. This victory achieved sixth victory in the w series of women.

Q: There is a lot of words about a possible female driver of F1. How involved are you in the Academy of F1?
I am the Mentor Williams Development Driver Lia Block and I love what I am doing. Williams puts great visibility in sport in sport. There is so much pressure to access the female driver to F1 … but it is not what we are trying to achieve. In the case of women, we are generally trying to achieve greater participation. The first step is to increase the participation and then the F1 f1 driver can look down the line.
Q: Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
A: I can’t run at the highest level I want to run. I am lucky enough to compete in Le Mans for the first time (LMP2 category), it is very exciting. I want to grow alone and be the best race I want to be and I help develop the future of sports.

“Everyone is trying to find the next female (race) superstar,” Chadwick said ABC News.

Q: Why resistance races?
A: I was competing in Indy NXT and I was very enthusiastic to attend Indycar, but the options didn’t come very well. So my feet are dropped in resistance races. But being in sport is a great place. It’s a bit nice for female drivers. Indycar would be very hard physically. Endurance Racing is a good choice to settle my head.
Q: What is your training regime in Le Mans?
A: It is very important to be light, the less you are, the better. So a little weight loss is a factor. Also, make sure I am strong, I can fit and you can be in the car at the same time. I really hope the challenge.
About Le Mans Tom (Kristensen) is only required anyone. I am lucky to have access to him. (Kristensen is the winner of nine hours of Le Mans and is a classmate of Rolex testimonee.)

Chadwick said Tom Kristensen nine times the Le Mans winner model.

Q: What did Tome say about Le Mans?
A: The main thing was to enter as many returns in practice in practice. Make sure the eyes are good night, and that’s a little advice. And enjoy and take advantage of it. Le Mans is Mr. and I’m sure he chooses more of his brain. Once you win it would be a dream.
Q: How to stay focused on the 24-hour race?
A: Good question. Adrenaline is a great thing. You are so focused on the coming to you – you are marked. When you have half the night and when you’re tired … you need to focus and make an effort to avoid mistakes. It’s not easy.
Q: Are you often in contact with Le Man teammates?
A: My drivers williams are former drivers Logan Sargeant and Mathys Jaubert, 18 years old. It’s very young, but it’s an exciting French talent. We are all rookies, they will be quite hard. We never have teammates, so we are getting used to that dynamic.
Q: You were Marshal in January 24 hours a day. How did your cooperation start with Rolex?
A: Matching with a brand like Rolex is not something I expected in my career. Rolex has a huge history in Motorsport. In 2021 I competed in the w series and won the second title and we started some interviews. Rolex is really hard to bring young talent, but also young female talent. I jumped to all the options I had to work with them. The fourth year is going together together and is a terrible partnership. Women’s drivers give greater opportunities and consciousness.
