OJ Simpson‘s estate is in a legal battle with one of his children… suing his son for allegedly moving into OJ’s house and refusing to leave.
Malcolm Laverne — the attorney serving as special administrator of OJ’s estate — filed a lawsuit against Primary Holdings, LLC … a company he says he owns and operates Justin SimpsonAid and: Nicole Brown Simpsonthe son of
LaVergne says Primary Holdings bought the house where OJ lived when he agreed to a deal where Primary Holdings would own the house to protect OJ’s financial interests and protect the estate from claims by creditors. :
ML says that after Simpson’s death, Justin moved into the house … claiming that because he owns Primary Holdings, the house is now his, refusing to vacate the property or return the property for Simpson’s alleged payments .
But, LaVere says, OJ never intended to separate the house from the estate, and it was OJ who made the payments on the house all along.
Malcolm adds that Justin still lives in the house, even though he had a house nearby that wasn’t as nice as OJ’s, and Justin wants it for his own, directly against OJ’s wishes.
As you know… Simpson is dead In April 2024 after a fight against prostate cancer. He was 76 years old.

In the months since, the estate has auctioned several items associated with the controversial star, including his repository of prison pornography — Trying liquidate assets and repay creditors.
