Justin Baldoni Won’t be ‘Bullied’ Into Silence by ‘Petrified’ Blake Lively, Lawyer Says

Brian Friedman – Baldoni’s lawyer tells TMZ… Blake’s team is seeking a gag order to stop Friedman and him from talking about the case to the media in an ironic attempt to silence the truth when he claims he wants everyone the facts are revealed.

BF says the A-List couple has taken power in Hollywood based on “pure fear” cultivated by both themselves and their high-powered friends in entertainment … but it all came to an end when they turned to New York Times for what Friedman calls a “well-calculated punchline.”

Blake worked with the medium, Friedman said, which is Baldoni in a $250 million lawsuit – to ruin the lives of his client and other “innocent individuals”… simply because the world saw his public persona and no longer saw him as the same.

Friedman says Blake is not only insulting Baldoni by accusing him of sexual assault when he never did anything wrong … he’s also destroying the entire domestic violence community by filing accusations.

As for the body itself gag command — which Blake’s team sent a letter to the court asking this week. Friedman says they will always respect the court … but “we will never be bullied by those who suggest we can’t defend our clients with clean, unredacted facts.”

Baldoni’s attorney says they just want to show the world the real text messages and unedited videos as they are. released this week showing the two interacting with each other, takes the “It’s Over With Us” set to counter allegations of sexual harassment.

Friedman concludes his statement with a strong endorsement of the truth, adding: “It seems that telling the truth in a time of universal deception is a revolutionary act.”

As we told you … Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds filed for a restraining order earlier this week, alleging Friedman is making false statements about the case that are irrelevant and could prejudice jurors.
