Ally Leuber and: James Kennedy Ben Donezo…he confirmed the exact same thing after the legal break in his domestic violence case.
Alli confirmed the split in a social media post on Wednesday, responding to James avoiding criminal charges In the case of his arrest as a victim of domestic violence.
However, the split is no surprise as Ellie and James were spotted out and about over the weekend taking his things out of the house.
The former couple initially stayed together shortly after his arrest last month … but now they’re going their separate ways.

Ellie says she’s glad prosecutors decided not to charge James and says she never wanted him to be prosecuted.
He says the arrest stemmed from “an altercation outside his home that involved drinking again” … though he insists he was not physically harmed during the exchange.
Ally adds … “I will always support James and wish him the best in his sobriety and recovery.”
