James Kennedy He is not involved in a domestic violence case, he will not be charged… TMZ has learned.
Kennedy’s lawyer, Scott Lemontells us the Burbank City Attorney’s Office just informed him of their decision.
Lemon continues… Prosecutors’ “diligent investigation confirmed what we’ve been alleging from the beginning. There are no grounds for indicting Mr. Kennedy.”

Lemon says Kennedy is happy to put the matter behind her and is looking forward to continuing to focus on her sobriety and DJ career.
As we previously reported … “Vanderpump Rules” was the alum was arrested last month in California for a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence following an argument with an unnamed woman.
According to a Burbank Police Department arrest log, the woman claimed her boyfriend picked her up and threw her to the ground.
Shortly after the arrest, Ellie Lewber, who has not been named as the victim, released a statement saying she is doing well but taking the time she needs … and asked people to respect her privacy.
As for James, he said he’s going to take some time to focus on himself… adding: “I am committed to making meaningful changes in my life. I am taking time to focus on my sobriety, personal growth, and being a gift to my loved ones.”
