Blake Lively excited Justin Baldoni decided to release unedited footage from “I Ends With Us” because he says it only proves his point … that he was visibly uncomfortable with Baldoni’s advances during the scene.
Blake’s legal team tells TMZ: “Justine Baldoni and her attorney may be hoping that this latest ploy will pass the damaging evidence against her, but the video itself is damning. Every frame of the footage that has been released essentially confirms what Ms. Lively described in paragraph 48 of her complaint.”

They continue. “The video shows Mr Baldoni repeatedly leaning towards Ms Lively, trying to kiss her, kissing her forehead, rubbing her face and mouth on her neck, curling his lip with his finger, caressing her, telling her how good she is. he stinks and talks to her out of character.’
While it may seem like they were just actors acting out a scene meant to portray their crush… Blake’s team notes that none of the intimacy was discussed or choreographed. As they put it, “That’s all moment was improvised by Mr. Baldoni without prior discussion or agreement, and no intimacy coordinator was present. Mr. Baldoni was not only the star of Ms. Lively, but also the director, the boss. studio and Ms. Lively’s boss.’
Blake, leaning away from Justin in the scene, was not acting, according to his lawyers. “The video shows Ms. Lively leaning over and repeatedly asking the characters to just talk. Any woman who has been touched inappropriately at work will recognize Ms. Lively’s attempts at slyness in an attempt to deflect unwanted touching. No woman should.” will take protective measures to avoid being touched by his employer without his consent.
As we reported, Justin’s team released about 10 minutes of raw footage, but they believe it proves he didn’t sexually assault Blake during the scene.

However, Blake’s attorneys point to paragraph 48 of his lawsuit, which reads in part… “At one point (Baldoni) leaned forward and slowly moved his lips down her ear and down her neck as she said, ‘I’m sorry.’ so good.’ None of this was in character or based on any scripted dialogue, and nothing needed to be said because there was no voice, Mr. Baldoni was stroking Mr. Lively with his mouth in a way that had nothing to do with their roles.”
This latest development in the high-profile legal battle comes after Blake’s legal team called Justin’s lawsuit “the story of the century. a woman speaks with concrete evidence of sexual harassment and retaliation, and the abuser tries to turn the tables.” This is what experts call a DARVO Attack.
remember Taylor Swift Specifically featured in Justin’s lawsuit, where he included a text he says shows Blake Lively comparing him to Game of Thrones star Daenerys Targaryen and TS and her husband. Ryan Reynolds are his “dragons”.

She is suing Lively, Reynolds and Blake’s publicist. Leslie Sloan for defamation, civil extortion, interference with contract and a number of other charges, and is seeking no less than $400 million in damages.
Blake, on the other hand, accused Baldoni of showing nude photos and videos of women, an alleged “porn addiction,” discussing her sexual achievements and commenting on her weight sued Baldoni for mental anguish and emotional distress.
As for the new unedited clip, Blake’s lawyers say: “Releasing this video to the media rather than presenting it as evidence in court is yet another example of an unethical attempt to manipulate the public. It is also a continuation of their pursuit and retaliation. While they are focused on misleading media stories, we continue our efforts to demand Mr. Baldoni and his co-conspirators should be held accountable in court under oath, not through manufactured media stunts.”
