Ben AffleckHis home becomes a magnet for law enforcement activity… A few days after the FBI and sheriff’s deputies visited, Ben had an animated interaction with the police right outside his front gate.
The video shows Ben leaving his Brentwood home in his BMW on Tuesday … and there are several police officers sitting in a car on the street outside his driveway … and Ben rolling down the window and voicing his frustration.
It’s hard to figure out exactly what makes Ben so angry, but it seems he’s pissed off at some kind of private security giving him the third degree when he goes in and out of his house.
Ben’s house is near the Palisades Fire and while he was evacuated last week … her house is NOT in the mandatory evacuation zone, even though she is outside the boundary.Apparently she tells the police that these private security guards in the neighborhood are giving her a hard time.
Ben and the LAPD officers go back and forth for a few minutes until things seem to calm down…and then become friendlier as Ben drives off in his Beamer.
Some residents are not allowed to return to their homes in the fire zones and there have been incidents of looting in the evacuated areas… so it’s a tense situation near Benny’s Brentwood residence.

As we reported … at Ben’s house received a visit from FBI agents and LASD deputies over the weekend as part of an investigation into an incident in which a private drone collided with a firefighting aircraft, putting it out of commission.
Our sources tell us Ben was not the target of the FBI investigation … and it’s unclear if he ever spoke to the feds.
However, Ben listens to the LAPD.
