Next month, world leaders will gather in Paris AI Action Summitthe latest in a series of high-profile international events on artificial intelligence. In the past, heads of state, policy makers and CEOs of technology companies have gathered to discuss how to deal with the risks of advanced AI technologies. But there is one group that has so far been completely absent from these processes, and it just so happens that AI advances will have the greatest impact: children.

Children are always the least represented group in decision-making processes related to the design, development and deployment of AI.
