In documents obtained by TMZ, Kourtney cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split, and she did not specify a date for the split.
Kourtney and Brandon have one minor child together, a 12-year-old son Leo: … and she is seeking joint legal and physical custody.
Courtney was seeking spousal support, and she checked the box to stop the court from awarding Brandon spousal support.
The estranged Hollywood couple tied the knot in 2007 at Santa Barbara’s El Capitan Ranch … they dated for three years before he popped the question in 2006, so they’ve been together for over 2 decades.
