Formula 1 has announced the extension of the Belgian Grand Prix, which will see the event remain on the sporting calendar on a rotational basis until at least 2031.
The famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit was entering the final year of its previous deal for the upcoming 2025 season.
Under the new terms, Belgium will host races in four of the next six seasons: 2026, 2027, 2029 and 2031.
F1 organizers have yet to confirm which circuit will rotate with Belgium hosting in 2028 and 2030, but the move is designed to provide flexibility to meet significant demand for circuits to join the 24-race calendar.
