Scott Wolf is back in the white coat and playing a doctor in a new hospital drama…but he’s not upset about being cast as a doctor all the time…far from it!!!
We caught up with Scott in New York on Tuesday ahead of the premiere of his new show Doc … where Scott plays what has become a familiar role for him.
Scott says he has to get into the Doctor mood because this is his fourth show playing a doctor … and he thinks ‘Doc’ is the best yet, comparing it to FOX’s previous hit, ‘ with House”.
Don’t get me wrong… Scott is happy to be cast as a doctor and it makes his parents proud 😂
In Doc, Scott plays a doctor with a dark secret…and he works at the same Minneapolis hospital where Molly Parkermain character, a doctor who loses 8 years of memory from a traumatic brain injury.
Scott seems very excited about the show, and he says people will be able to connect with the cast … just like another series he’s known for, Party of Five.

It’s incredible that it’s the 30th anniversary of “The Party” … and Scott says fans still come up to him and tell him how emotionally connected they were to the series.

“Doc” airs Tuesdays at 9pm on FOX and is available to stream the following day on Hulu.
