Zachary Ty Bryan allegedly punched a woman several times and threatened to kill her before his Jan. 1 arrest … TMZ has learned.
As you know, the former “Home Improvement” star rang in the New Year by adding another arrest to his rap sheet … and according to an incident report, officers responded to the call just before 7pm on 1st in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina:
Cops say they spoke with the alleged victim when they arrived at the scene … and she told them Brian punched her several times on the left side of her face.
She also claims Brian put his arm around her neck and choked her … taking her breath away and making her fear for her life, she says.
In this alleged incident, the unnamed woman told police that Bryan said he was going to kill her, police said, adding that the woman suffered injuries consistent with her story.
In the report, police wrote that the woman has a child with Brian, although she was not named.

Like we said, it was Brian arrested for second degree domestic violence … and, during her mug shot, she looked like a few cuts on the left side of her face.
Brian was initially being held on a $10,000 bond, but online records show he was released Friday night around 8 p.m.

This is far from Brian’s first arrest… he’s been in the past arrested for domestic violence in July and 2023 DUI: in February 2024.
