The terrorist who killed at least 10 people in a brutal attack in New Orleans early Wednesday morning had a divorce so acrimonious that his then-wife obtained a restraining order against him.
Shamsood-Dean Jabbarseen above in the video he posted, was going through a divorce during the pandemic when his wife, Shanin Shantil Jabbarapplied to the court for not withdrawing the signature.
We do not have a copy of the woman’s petition, but we have the order of the judge who applied the restraining order. It prohibits, among other things, “either party from “threatening the other party or the child of either party with imminent bodily harm.”
It goes on to prohibit “intentionally, knowingly, or negligently causing bodily injury to the other party or to the child of either party.”
The order also prohibits either party from “removing the child from the school or daycare in which the child is currently enrolled.” It further prohibits “concealing or concealing the child from the other party” or “removing the child outside the geographic area determined by this court.”
This isn’t the first problem Jabbar has had with women. We spoke to a previous wife, who divorced him in 2016, who said he was abusive, but didn’t elaborate.
As we reported to Jabbar plowed his pickup into a massive crowd on Bourbon Street and shot at 2 officers before shooting him dead in the massacre, injuring at least 10. Authorities found an ISIS flag in his truck.
