The accusatory woman Jay Z Allegedly molesting her as a teenager just got the green light from a New York judge to keep her identity a secret…at least for now.
In legal documents filed Thursday, the judge Analyze Torres led by “Jane Doe“The accuser can remain anonymous at this point in the case. The judge also called Jay-Z’s lawyer. Alex Spirosaying that he is in a combative mood and is trying to “speed up” the case.
While Judge Torres granted the plaintiff’s request to remain anonymous for now, he noted that things could change as the case moves forward, and made it clear that he intends to revisit the matter if and when the case develops.
The plaintiff’s attorney, Tony Buzbytells TMZ that he doesn’t usually comment on decisions like this, but surprisingly, he’s okay with it. He also threw shade at Spiro, saying his attempts to paint him as a bad guy don’t land.
The ruling follows Jay-Z’s lawyer submission of documents asking the court to compel the plaintiff to reveal his identity, or, if he refuses, to ask the judge to throw out the case entirely.
As we reported, the alleged victim initially sued Diddy in October, alleging that she and an unnamed celebrity molested her at a 2000 VMAs after-party while she was just 13 years old while an unnamed female celebrity watched. Earlier this month, the accuser filed a lawsuit again, naming Jay-Z as an unknown male , but hiding the female star.

Celebrities who fear having lies spread about them, just as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs, as his legal team has previously said, Mr. Combs has complete faith in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.
