Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Megan and MGK haven’t actually been living together for the past year. We’re told she bought a house a few years ago and there have always been a lot of people … which is why the ‘Transformers ” star was concerned about security and decided to have his own space.
Sources say Meghan went from renting to renting last year, but is ready to settle down, and has since amassed a large home worth around $8 million in the popular Los Angeles area.
We’re told she’ll be moving in soon, though, so don’t expect MGK to join her… we’re told Megan bought the house ahead she and her baby daddy split up and there was never a plan for her to move in. The new pad was always just for her.
