Kim Zolciak and: Croy Bierman accuse the other of theft and spying in new police body cam footage from their latest police encounter in Georgia … cops tell them they can’t keep coming to keep the peace during their nasty divorce.
TMZ has obtained police footage of the Nov. 18 incident at the estranged couple’s Milton home, where they lived together. before their house was put up for auction.
In the video, Kim tells police she was at the house trying to take her stuff, and she accuses Kroy of stealing her iPad and some security cameras.
Kroy calls her a “pathological liar” and says that Kim actually stole some of her stuff… and the officers have to break up the former couple to try and keep things together.

At one point, the police seem to reach their breaking point… one officer tells Kim that they can’t continue to respond to a home for divorce drama when it’s not an emergency… like it is here.
As we told you, Kim and Kroy have gotten into tons of fights and police responses are not unusual in their home.
After this incident, Kim and Kroy moved into their respective rental homes… and their house went up for auction.
