Jesse James and his estranged wife, a former porn star Bonnie Rotten, they get divorced … and they accuse each other of domestic violence.
James… Sandra BullockHer ex-husband filed a restraining order Wednesday in response to Rotten’s divorce petition and his own TRO request … and he’s asking the court to keep Rotten 100 feet away from him and their child until a custody hearing is held.
In the documents, James says the two were married back in June 2022 … but claims that a few months before that, Bonnie, real name Alena Hicks, attacked him and tried to break his finger.
James says this has happened several times over the years, including when Bonnie was pregnant with their son. Bishop — when he says he punched a hole in her neck with his thumbnail.
On another occasion, James claims he was leaving the house after a heated argument when Bonnie kicked him from behind, breaking his wrist and dislocating his thumb.
Additionally, Jesse claims his estranged wife regularly beat their cats and dogs… and says their son is now mimicking the cat cruelty.
Worth noting… Bonnie also filed for a TRO against Jesse; claiming he’s been physical with her in the past and even slapped her in the face once… and saying he never actually hit her when she broke her wrist, but instead slammed the door, which accidentally hurt her, she says , to which Jesse responded by punching himself in the throat.
Jesse claims that Bonnie’s TRO is an attempt to portray her as the villain when she claims to be the victim of his abuse.
This isn’t the first time Bonnie has filed for divorce … she filed twice in 2022, though she apparently never went through with it.
We caught up with Bonnie, who tells us she chose to leave the house with Jesse and took their son with her to protect them. She says that after filing for divorce, Jesse started making false and baseless accusations against her to present, which are completely fabricated as “part of his ongoing attempt to manipulate and gaslight me.”
He continues… “For the safety and well-being of our child, I will not discuss this matter in the media. I trust that the legal process will properly resolve these matters and I respectfully request confidentiality during this time.”
