Red kites have been found to have high levels of rodenticides in their livers

Predators across England are dying from the misuse of rat poison and the problem is getting worse, despite a UK government prevention scheme, according to reports. a report from Brutal justiceenvironmental non-profit group.

“The level of damage that the misuse of redenticides is causing to our wildlife is deeply worrying,” says broadcaster Chris Packham, co-director of Wild Justice. “The voluntary code of practice is completely useless, it doesn’t work.”
