Trump refuses to reveal his vote on Florida’s high-stakes abortion measure

The former president was asked twice after voting in Palm Beach, Fla., on Tuesday about a question the state’s voters are considering. If passed, it would prevent state lawmakers from passing any law that would criminalize, ban, delay or restrict abortion until fetal viability, doctors say, after 21 weeks.

If rejected, the state’s restrictive six-week abortion law would remain in place.

Passage of the amendments in Arizona, Missouri, Nebraska and South Dakota would likely overturn bans or restrictions that currently block access to abortion for the more than 7 million women of childbearing age who live in those states.
